During the sheet metal processing stage, the main focus is on the dimensional accuracy and shape of aluminum veneers, while for paint spraying, it is necessary to ensure that the corresponding colors meet the customer's requirements. After sheet metal, there is an important process before spraying, called the aluminum veneer pre-treatment process. This process has two types: spray type and immersion type. The principle is the same, both use chemical agents to dilute and clean the oil stains on the surface, and form small holes on the surface of the aluminum plate that cannot be seen by the naked eye, improving the adhesion of the paint. When the soaking time of the current treatment solution is too short and the concentration of the solution is not enough, the surface oil stains and other cleaning are not thorough, and the adhesion is small, it will lead to poor paint adhesion or paint peeling.

The stability of the temperature of the oven is crucial for the stability of the paint on the surface of aluminum veneers, and constant temperature is the first element. Uneven temperature in the drying room leads to changes in curing temperature and time.

The spraying machine equipment, such as problems with the topcoat oil valve and changes in conveyor chain speed, can all affect the uniformity and thickness of the paint primer topcoat. Even the same spray gun gunner may experience changes in spray thickness. The thickness of the spray coating varies, and the color will show local and local differences.
