Characteristics of insulated aluminum coil

1.Aluminum coil is light in weight. Accounting to the price per square, steel and aluminum almost equal.

2. Aluminum coil is easy to process and form, and the construction is convenient and fast, which will reduce the labor intensity of the construction personnel.

3. Beautiful aluminum coil, aluminum skin as insulation decoration, bright visual effect is very good, after wrapping the pipeline bright style!

4. Long service life of aluminum coil, because aluminum has corrosion resistance, generally only in more than 20 years will not corrode.

5. The recycling value of aluminum coil is high. The iron sheet will corrode off after a few years, and there is almost no recycling value. At least can recycle more than 80%.

6 aluminum coil is widely used in oil refineries, power plants, chemical plants and so on insulation engineering!

Technical requirements for aluminium skin

1. The gap is required to be tight; Multi-layer thermal insulation must be pressed seam, the pressure seam distance should not be less than 300mm, the internal and external layer of thermal insulation products axial seam should be staggered 25°. The insulation material is firmly bound, close to the equipment or pipe wall, and the surface of the insulation layer is smooth and beautiful.

2. When the pipe insulation aluminum coil is constructed by binding method, at least two galvanized lead wires or bands are bound for each piece of curved tile, and the distance between them shall not be greater than 500mm.

3. The longitudinal joint position of the pipeline shall not be arranged within 55° of the vertical center line of the pipeline.

4.Insulation products joint width, generally not more than 6 mm. And attention should be paid to staggered joints during construction. When the insulation layer is sealed with adhesive tape, it can not be staggered.
