3. Refractory oxide film is easy to be produced on the surface of patterned aluminum alloy, which requires high power density welding process.

5. Aluminum alloy with pattern has high linear expansion coefficient, which is easy to cause welding deformation.

6. Pattern aluminum alloy has high thermal conductivity, and at the same welding speed, the heat input is two to four times higher than that of welded steel.
