During the cold rolling production process of aluminum coil, due to friction and rolling between the roller and the aluminum plate, some fine aluminum oxide powder will fall off and adsorb on the surface. Rolling oil and its related suspended components will remain on the surface of the aluminum coil, causing a very adverse impact on products such as aluminum coil lamination, coating, and processing. During tension bending and straightening, due to the drastic deformation of the bending structure caused by the changes in the strip on the rollers, a large part of the tension applied to the strip is converted into the pressure exerted by the strip on the tension roller, and ultimately, friction can be formed to drive the roller group.

If the surface of the coil is not washed with aluminum oxide, the aluminum oxide powder collapses and deforms, and is connected to the surface of the oil roller as a tensioning roller, the wear on the surface of the roller, aluminum, and damage caused by it are small, and it must be cleaned through a special cleaning device.
The aluminum coil cleaning method is that we use a working pressure pump to pressurize the cleaning medium, and can perform non-contact spraying or contact brushing on the surface of the strip, so that the aluminum powder and oil stains on the surface of the material dissolve and fall off into the cleaning medium. Then, they are squeezed dry by the squeezing roller and high-pressure controlled air blowing, and even generate high temperature to affect air drying, in order to obtain a clean and dry aluminum coil.
At the same time, by continuously supplementing the cleaning medium and using it simultaneously with the online circulating filtration system, the cleaning medium is maintained in sufficient quantity and cleanliness, greatly saving heat and cleaning medium. At present, the commonly used cleaning media for bending straightening machines are cleaning agents, softened hot water, and chemical solvents.
